HELP ME

Okay so my bf had surgery on both knees so basically 4 months without ANYTHING and still 2 months to go 😩(6 total) we can't hold hands when we walk anymore (he has crutches), no sex except for hand stuff which gets old, no more adventures like hiking biking skiing etc, it just feels like I'm taking care of him and we sleep. And that's all. What are some ideas for us please I'm dying. Like alternatives to holding hands (small romantic pda or something sweet), or alternative activities please it's so hard
