I need help

Ok so I have been with my boyfriend for almost a year and I keep having doubts about the realtionship. I cheated on him and it just made me want him more. It was just like this in my last realtionship. Why is that? And also my boyfriend and I can never get each other off no matter what we do we haven't had intercourse yet but have done everything else. What is going on? Why am I like this? Please if anyone could give me advice I would be very grateful.
