Chap lips help

I have major chapped lip! 7 yrs ago I was in a bad car accident were I bit my bottom lip off. Due to other serious injuries (bleeding on brain, broken jaw) my lip was last priority and got a half assed job on sewing it. So now I have no drainage nerves or anything and in winter it typically gets pretty fries and chapped but with being pregnant it's HORRIBLE!!! I can literally sit and peel off a layer of skin 2-3x a day!! Any good chap lip remedies that might soak into my lip?
