9 weeks 3days and so sick just really want to give up!

I'm going to school full time and can't miss any days I also work and I have a 3 yo son to care for. I'm always sick and I just want to give up. I'm exhausted all the time I just want my life back? Just need encouragement from people in similar situation. Not throwing a pity party I just want to give up so bad
