Is it normal to have an constant server headache during early pregnancy?

I had AWFUL migraines during my first trimester. I got them 2-3 times a week. I was miserable. Thank the Lord I didnt have any morning sickness on top of it. Benadryl and alternating heat and an ice pack on my head helped so much along with lots of rest and staying hydrated. If you happen to wear contacts, take them out and let your eyes rest. That helped me A LOT too.

I had a severe headache a lot of the time in my early pregnancy, despite the huge amount of water I drank. I was told it was ok to take the recommended adult dose of paracetamol, but not ibruprofen. 
I'd call the doc if you were worried. My EPAU wouldn't see me without a doctor/midwife/A&E referral, though when I did see them, they were awesome every time.

I would contact your doctor. I had a headache a lot during early pregnancy but it wasn't severe. It could be from the surge of hormones. You could always be a little dehydrated. Or both!
