Discharge HELP PLEASE!

I've recently had some discharge, white when fresh but dries a light yellow-ish color, and I don't know what it is. It doesn't smell foul nor good, just neutral. It has a smell, it just isn't a bad one. I've had it for a week before my period and it's been a week after ovulating. Any idea on what it may be?
