High Risk Pregnancy

I had a miscarriage on July 21st at 10 weeks & it was rough. Now we are expecting again. I'm nervous but so happy. The nurse at my new dr told me they may consider me high risk. My first appt is next week. What all should I ask? I want to ease my mind I doubt they do an ultrasound the first visit because they do not have the machine in their office. All in site would be appreciated.
