How much water dp you guys drink in a day?

I drink about 80 oz a day. I possibly should drink more, but I'd spend my entire day on the toilet if I did. What about you?

I don't drink water like I should. I drunk 2 bottles yesterday and that was a lot for me. How can I drink more water even though I don't care for it. I only crave it when I'm eating ice cream or something really sweet and rich.

100 to 130oz a day... When I have any less I feel weak, tired, dry and uncomfortable. You can get your bladder used to 100oz real quick if you've already had 80! If your urine is any darker color than pale yellow you are dehydrated!! Drink your water! Your body and cells and mind will thank you!!

I carry a 24oz water bottle with me everywhere I go & fill it up at least 3-4 times a day:) I love water!

Very little, as it shouldn't have a taste but does around these parts. Tap water is flourinated to kill all the medicines, bacteria,  & who knows what in it. Bottled water tastes like the plastic container.
