I had 3 days of light symptoms including sore nipples, light indigestion, and a metal taste in my mouth. No symptoms at this point so I wondered if pregnancy was still a possibility for me this month. Has this ever happened to anyone??

Of course its possible. Every symptoms is different depends on the individual. You can feel everything or nothing, if you're preggo you still preggo.
