Question about sex

So last night me n

I fiancé had sex after great night out together n guess got little intense after we were done I started bleeding we rushed to the hospital and I was shaking n crying I'm 23 weeks pregnant they said baby was ok but now my fiancé diesnt want to have sex now :( has this happen to anyone ? And it wasn't like little blood was good amount. What should I do stop having sex ? 😩
