Has anyone tried vitex?? And did it work for your bfp?

My periods have always been irregular, sometimes going months without a period. As i was young, i didnt really care if i did not get af,  since i saw how much my friends hated it. so now,  I've been with my boyfriend for 7 years & using no type of contraceptive. I'm getting worried now that we are 25 amd ttc#1 , it would be really hard for me to get pregnant( by the way all his family has kids... His older sister has 2, his older brother 2 and his young sister 3) his mom always asks him if I'm pregnant?.  So i goggled and found out about vitex,  been on it for  3 months and i had a very light period for 5 days.  could not tell if i ovulated. I'm hoping this will help pretty soon. I hope to hear your experience on vitex. Babydust to all?
