Cyst or ovulating?,

I can't tell weather I have another cyst or if I'm ovulating I have cramping on my left side it comes and goes. I'm drinking a ton of water so far 1gallon to help with any cysts and to clean out my syten be a use I had used monistat1 on Monday and I still have the ovule leaking in clumps and a white film lining my vaginal opening

I'm  cd17 should be my fertile week I'm not in pain it comes and goes and if I push on my left side it'll hurt a little but not sure 2months ago when I went to the gyno I had a tiny cyst on my left side

If it's been hurting for a while and continues to hurt, I would go to the doctor. I went to the emergency room once for really bad cramping but I was just ovulating. On the other hand, my sister had a cyst and waited to go. When she finally went the cyst had ruptured and had to have emergency surgery.  Good luck, I hope you're just ovulating!
