Birth control frustrations

So about two months ago I went to the doctor to get my birth control changed because it wasn't regulating my periods. The first pack went great, I had my period right when I was supposed to and I felt fine. The second pack was awful. I was super emotional and unstable and I never got my period. I take my pills religiously and my boyfriend also pulls out for added protection. Should I be worried that I'm pregnant?
