Sciatic Nerve Pain

As a "welcome to your third trimester" gift today, my sweet baby girl is sitting on my sciatic nerve and it has been SERIOUSLY hurting me. Lower back pain that has me barely able to walk normally...sharp pains in the back of my right thigh...and both of my feet are asleep/tingly!! Gahhhhhh....wish I could go home and rest!!! Any tips for relieving sciatic nerve pain??
