Round ligament pain

Hey there general question for the general public. I'm due April 11, 2016 and I am having tons of what my doctor calls "round ligament pain". It's almost debilitating. This is my Second pregnancy. I had my son a little over two years ago by cesarean section. I've tried a pregnancy belt and had no luck. I notice it more when I've had an active day like cleaning the house or going for a walk. anybody else having the same thing? Or anybody have any thing that worked for them to help the pain?
