BBT Charting Experts

Any bbt Charying experts here?! I started chatting a bit late this month.
I had a miscarriage in December due to a Blighted Ovum. It's been 5 weeks since I had my D&C. I still haven't gotten my first period. But I had heavy EWCM Jan 8th-15th (a whole week!) I'm not sure if it's due to the miscarriage, the D&C and the shift of hormones... Or a combination of all three.
Anyhow, I decided to chart my bbt to have a better idea of when I ovulate next cycle. I noticed my temperature was low when I first started and then it spiked and went back down and spiked again. I'm so confused, I'm definitely not good at reading this.
What do you girls think? Have I ovulated? I attached a screenshot from two different apps that I use to chart.
