Would you retake the GD one hour screen today, in my shoes? (See description.)

Jennifer
OB wants me to retake it now because of one data point: baby was measuring big (>90th percentile) at my 32 week ultrasound.
Am currently at 33.5 weeks and at my checkup with her today, my fundal height was normal. My weight gain has been moderate (~20 pounds, started at a normal BMI). BP has been great and otherwise I feel good.
At my one hour GD screen at 27 weeks, my glucose level was a 70.
I'm just sick of all of these tests and data and visits. Isn't it possible I'm just tracking to have a large baby (my tiny mom delivered my 9.5 pound brother without complications and didn't have GD)? I'm taller and more athletic than average, my DH is average.
If somehow my glucose level skyrocketed these last few weeks and I have GD out of the blue, we wouldn't change much in terms of diet and exercise (I exercise quite a bit already and my diet is very good albeit not perfect) so I guess we'd skip to insulin, according to her. And if I have GD / big baby as opposed to just a big baby, it would mean scheduling a C Section instead of allowing me to attempt a vaginal birth.
She did say that if baby continues to move up in percentile at the next ultrasound at 36 weeks, she's not going to give me a choice and will force me to retake the one hour GD screen.
