Sibling arrangements during delivery.

I'm trying to hammer out plans for my 2 year old son during the delivery. I really don't want a family member to miss work to watch him. However both of our parents plan on being at the hospital during delivery and I know my son will be restless being at the hospital all day. I'm almost crossing my fingers I go into labor on a weekend! Also is you SO planning on staying over nights at the hospital or home with your older child.
