Negative test but no period yet

I lost my baby at 22 weeks 9 weeks ago I had a normal period about 4 weeks ago and now I'm 4 days late for period I have never been late in my life except pregnancy and I'm really wondering if I am pregnant. All hpt keep coming back negative though 😔
