False negatives?

Question

Has anyone had false negatives, only to get a positive blood test? I got a negative at 9dpo, I'm feeling some symptoms, and AF is almost 5 days late. I've heard it's possible, but I don't want to get my hopes too high.

Answer

I didn't get my positive until 11dpo and it was very very faint. Good luck and baby dust!
