Help...so confused!

o back in December before Christmas I started bleeding and the doctors office informed me to get my RH-shot. I got it and they then told me I must have miscarried. But we haven't had sex since and today I took a test because my period still hasn't shown up and it is still positive. What is going on?

Waiting for doctors office to call me back never had an ultra sound when they told me I miscarried. Don't know if I should still go off November period or December miscarriage if it even was a miscarriage...Help...
