Hello everyone

Okay so I'm going to be very honest, so I started talking to this guy again that I use to mess with back in college. He is younger than me. We are not far of age he is 21 I'm 23. So he came back to me about a month ago and we have been talking constantly. I really do like him a lot. We have known each other for so long, but here is the problem, I want to be in a relationship with him, but  I just don't know if whether I should wait and see where it goes or bring up the subject to him. I mean I don't want to rush anything but I just find it weird how everything happen. I lost him last year and he came right back again. Should I be worried about this or should I just got with the flow? Come on ladies help me out here !
