36+1 Room spinning while lying down

Adina • Sat, Jan 23 • I`m 24 with a 2 year old boy and another on the way. Married for 3 yrs.

Does anyone know what this might be? Every time I turn over in the bed I get really dizzy. Even while I'm lying down & it stops after a few minutes. No pain or anything but I already have a syncope condition so I don't need any more passing out right now
