7 weeks 3 days and all of a sudden breast stopped hurting? Should I be worried??

I went to take a shower and noticed my breast aren't sore today??  I'm fearful everyday of a missed miscarriage.

The only symptoms I had at all were sore nipples and I was tired. I have had a miscarriage before many years ago so I was constantly on my midwife that this one hadnt made it. She finally sent me for a viability ultrasound at 9.5 weeks and I was laying there while the tech was doing her thing. Finally she said 'the baby is doing fine and all looks good' then she turned the screen to us and we saw it wiggling away, heart beating strong at 170! I still feel nothing but have heard baby's heart beat at the midwifes office at 15 weeks and we are now 17 weeks!

People say count your lucky stars you're not sick to death but I TOTALLY understand your fears and I just wanted to reassure you that is exactly how I was and my baby is healthy and squirming away - I just can't feel it yet.

I had the same thing at like 9 weeks I think. I was super nervous for my next ultrasound because I thought something was wrong.... Everything was totally normal and the doc was like, "oh yeah, symptoms come and go, everyone's different."
