How can I help speed along a MC

I went to my 6 week U/S apt to find out there was no heart beat my doctor wants to wait and see if I can start the process on my own! But it's heart breaking knowing this and feel hopeless right now. I just want it out :( honestly so I can start to refocus again and hopefully start TTC again but after waitin seven mths for this to happen I doubt it will again!
