No sex?

I'm not really sure what's going on. Let's put a short back ground story to this. We've been together for almost 4 years. When ttc of a baby the first time we bumped liked rabbits. I ended up pregnant, a while after. Then our sex life went crappy. I'm high risk. Pre term. So it was painful. I tried to compromise with hand jobs and oral. I had it in my mind he was probably looking at porn but i had to be understanding. After she was born. Even after we could do stuff again I caught him looking at porn. We rarely had sex. I was very over weight too.

It was always still do hand jobs but mostly oral. Like he shouldn't be in me. This made me feel like he was cheating. He ended up moving to his mom's, 6 months ago. We were still together tho. He'd spend the night. Say he loved and missed me etc. When he come around we would make love. And it was great it was about me. Not trying to get me to please him. Even when we had sex before it was quickies. He was always pleasing him self.

I found out after he came back home to stay about 6 weeks ago. That he wasn't buying his daughters things because he blowing his money on girls. Had sex with other girls but come over the same night or couple days after to me. Since he been back we aren't having sex again. It's just as before. I work all morning 8am to 6pm. Then at night and weekends. 8pm to midnight. He doesn't work. He home alone all day, I've caught him hanging out with friends and napping.

He can't be stressed or depressed. He can't be tired. I've lost 70 lbs. So it's not and should never be an excuse of the way look. I admit I'm pathetic, I don't demand jobs. I kill my self. I do as he ask. How can he not want me? I feel like I'm the side chick. But no evidence of another girl...

He talks about "finally" and "officially" marry me as a favor to me. And keeps talking about another baby. We had started our TTC on his request 2 years ago with little success based on lack of sex. He has went as far this time insuring I'm not on any type of BC. So I don't understand this at all...
