28 weeks!
I've gained 24 lbs already and with my previous weight before baby my dr told me
I "should" only gain 20 total. Ok I walk almost every day and I do weights/yoga I watch what I eat....I'm not depriving myself. They always make me feel so guilty to the point where I dread dr appts. 😔 any tips? Here's my bump. (Excuse the mess
