Open Relationship Advice

My boyfriend and I have decided to try and open relationship. I'm pretty nervous because I don't know if I'm going to be jealous. He's had other partners while I have not and since im in college I was afraid being tied down and monagomous so young might put strain on our relationship in the future, so I suggested trying an open relationship(with boundaries). It's really limited to no sex outside our relationship. But I'm still quite nervous. It will probably only be open until we decide we want to go back to being exclusive. Has anyone else tried an open relationship that can offer advice?
