Confused!

Af is now 10 days late :-( I went to the docs and had a blood test. BFN :-( so sad!! However my boobs are still absolutely killing me!!!!!! And I get nauseated still! And def no sign of af. Doc said come back in 2 weeks if af doesn't come! Gggrrr!
