Please help worried

I have noticed recently I'm not sure when I started that my vagina was extremely itchy and red but it is not a yeast infection! Now I notice that my vagina has dry skin on the actual lips, if I get a good view I can take my tweezers and pull off the dead dry shrivelled skin, I recently slept with my boyfriend and now he has the same thing all over the top of the foreskin of his dick. Please help I feel terrible what did I give to him and what is happening?
