Symptoms. TMI

I have a cyst and cysts on my ovaries one of them is bleeding out.  I have very PAINFUL periods to the point where I can't move/get up/ walk / anything.   I get really nauseous and huge blood clots. Yesterday my stomach felt like it was squeezing really tight then letting go , has anyone had any experienced like this ?!
