Hi everyone I work in a theme park and one of the things I'm always worried about is how to handle a lost child because I don't want it to look like I'm taking the child to a frantic mother. I have dealt with one lost child so far and thankfully I just knelt down and talked to them and asked where her parents were and everything was okay. Now the question I'm asking is what as a mother are you okay with when you child is missing? At work we've been told to keep your arm extended and have the child hold onto your index finger if the kid wants to hold you hand. Would you be okay with this? I'm always scared to cause a mother more worry if it were to happen. Sorry for a rambly post 😓
