Withdrawl or Condom?

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and i love him dearly but he is driving me nuts. I think we can all agree that sex without barriers is more sensual as that is the way it was intended to be. However, we are still in highschool and without a condom or birth control, unprotected sex is very risky. He hates having sex with a condom and i do as well but i always advocate using one. Comments on how to attack this one?
