Clear Blue Digital (pink)

Someone help me. Everything I am reading states something about a blinking smiley face?! I did not read that in my directions. Just said when u get a smiley "make love" am I missing something. I was all excited today I got a smiley after testing for 14 days straight .. What am I doing wrong? Then I read it will stay like that for 48 hours so what "blinky smiley" am I looking for?  Don't mind the text on photo I was texting a friend lol
