Bikini Line razor rash?

Alright so I'm gonna be real honest here, one day I went and shaved my bikini line with an actual razor which I have never done before and I didn't use any shaving cream or anything like that before I shaved. The day I shaved my bikini line was fine but then a couple days later I saw these tiny pimple like bumps on my bikini line where I shaved, I did some research and found out this was called razor rash and I have never had such a thing before. I began looking at things I could do to emoji it go away in the quickest most simple way possible and found simple remedies to help. But I want you guys' opinions, what do you believe is the best remedy for Bikini line razor rash? Have you ever had one before? Most people say they itch but for me it's just painful to touch and when things are against it it also hurts and feels extra sensitive, it causes me to walk a bit differently and would like it gone as soon as possible. They say that it only lasts for a few days and should go away on its own but I'd like to try some things to get rid of it.
