PCOS no period in 2 months.. could I be pregnant?

Question

So I honestly don't want to take a test because of the fear of disappointment. But these are a few symptoms I have been feeling.
-mild nausea 
-mild cramping
-moody
-insomnia
-backache
-bloated in lower abdomen
 That's about it... Any advice?

I have PCOS. I never have a period on my own so my dr prescribed progesterone to induce my period for me. Followed by clomid bc I don't ovulate on my own

I too have pcos and would go as long as 3 months without a period. You could try to go on birth control for like 6 months to regulate your cycle. That's what I did per my Dr's advice and I've been regular ever since. I've also never taken any meds for pcos and am no longer on birth control. Don't over think it-we tend to do that.

Yeah I definitely don't want to over think it thank you for all of the advice.. I really do appreciate it.... I don't want to get on birth control I hated the way it makes me feel... But the suspension is killing me thank you all. I did give up on the symptom and this comes a long.. so I will wait a couple more weeks, see if my symptoms worsen then I will take a test...

I also have PCOS. My last period was also in July. Before that it was April. And before that it was December. I still haven't had a period and all PT have been negative. I feel your pain ? it's very frustrating?

When you start thinking you're pregnant. You can trick your body into believing it. Last month, I was 10 days late with all the early pregnancy symptoms. But all my tests were negative. I then finally started my period.  I've never had my period be a couple months late though, except when I was pregnant with my first. You should take a test. That way if you are, you can start taking prenatal vitamins and preparing.

Yes they are but my last period was July 26 2014 I don't think I've been this long. But since everything has been mild I figured if I was pregnant there should be drastic change.
