Eyebrow question

So im have pale skin and my hair is an in between of dirty blonde and light brown. I have my hair colored a light blonde. My problem is my eyebrows look super dark like they are dark brown. Its rather harsh looking. I have tried makeup to make them look lighter and it doesnt work plus i already fill them in to make the shape look good and that seems to just make them look darker. I hate it and have lightened them previously and it looked amazing but after about a week they would turn orangey looking. Is there anything i can use to help get rid of the orange when lightening them.

Edit: i dont have any pictures to really show. I know some people like that look but i dont i look like dracula and hate it. Im very set on lightening them again because it looked really good i was able to get a nice darkish medium blonde. It definitely looked better im just not a fan of the orangey color. I have used the shimmer lights and it didnt do anything. It works on my hair but it never worked for my brows.
