Pregnancy guilt?

Does anyone else feel an incredible amount of guilt? I have a hefty conscience all of the time, but recently I feel really bad about things that have happened/ could happen because of my actions.. A heavy worry, and knot in my stomach! I don't like it at all! I'm thinking back years and feeling sorry for things that nobody else is probably thinking about and also worrying of things that could happen to my kids in the future that I have no control over! I know moms worry but this seems out of control!
