Implantation bleeding?

Help please! About 6 days past ovulation. Very light spotting with a brownish discharge today. Very light cramping off and on not that noticeable. Been trying for so long. Had a miscarriage and D&C one year ago. Bought he ovulation test this month and tried probably the hardest we've ever tried. Hoping this is it! Does this sound like implantation bleeding? Trying not to get my hopes up but I can't help but think maybe.
