Dr advice

So I met with my dr after I had an early loss at 5 weeks. I had only been having unprotected sex for a couple months and only did it twice during my fertile period so I was surprised. Now we are TTC again, and she said that she would be shocked if I'm not pregnant in 3 months. Is it wrong of her to say that? Or is that fact we got pregnant quickly the first time an indicator we are healthy with healthy sperm, etc? I see so many women say they have a mc and don't get pregnant for another year.. I just don't want false hope :(
