I just can't seem to give up cheese 😭

I consider myself plant based because I eat completely dairy free and meat free other than very occasionally having shrimp. Shrimp has been the hardest thing for me to give up!!!

I guess I'm a blend at the moment. I'm learning to make more vegetarian/vegan meals but it's hard with a non- supportive family. So I've cut out milk,  am working on cheese, and cut down meat consumption. If we eat out, I usually go for the veggie options or sometimes fish. Still "under construction" mode...a work in progress.

I claim a plant-based diet. I will generally eat eggs, ice cream, chocolate and won't freak if my toast comes with butter at a restaurant. I aim to be a full vegan one day.

I'm vegetarian, but wouldn't mind finding ways to substitute dairy. Vegan cheese tastes really good to me, but it's the milk I haven't really found a similar tasting sub for.

I'm in transition. So I'd say I'm about 90% vegan. It's a bit hard to avoid things that are made with some form of animal products, especially with bread / sweet bread cuz of the chocolate chips or eggs and butter. I haven't cooked any non-vegan things for myself, but I have eaten non-vegan things. I started in April, and it's the longest I've done this for. It's feeling great!! I'm not as bloated, I'm getting my period back, I used to have like phlegm in my chest, but that's gone now.🙃👍🏼

I currently still eat meat and cheese that is in my house, but when I go to the grocery store, I'm going to try and work towards veganism. If anything the only meat I want to eat is fish that I have caught or my boyfriend has caught. None of the processed stuff at the store.
