Success stories with just one follicle?!?

I just got back from the doctors office. She did an ultrasound to see how many follicles I have. Well I only have one and it's only about a centimeter and a half and she was hoping for two centimeters. Also finding out that my uterus lining is very thin doesn't give her much hope. I took an ovulation test and it finally came back positive and it's the first time I have had any good news with this in over a year. It was my first round of clomid and I understand it can take while, it's just after that appointment I feel so discouraged 😔 does anyone have any successes with a situation similar to mine? Only one follicle? I'm trying to stay positive it's just super hard right now
