Cycle due 18th

I'm currently 10 dpo as of today. I've been trying to get pregnant with my SO for 2 years. We have had a positive opk (digital with the smiley) and I went to the dr's to confirm ovulation and to do a PCT. The Dr said that my CM was productive and sperm was found in the sample! ☺️? so far I'm extremely exhausted and have a huge appetite!! Anyone else having any symptoms?? I would love to have some women share their current symptoms during this 2ww! ☺️☺️
