Debatable (rape question)

Ok so a debate on another site I'm on made me curious about what people thought of a situation from my life. You constantly see that drunk people can't consent, so sex with them is rape, but do you think it's possible to be raped by one?

I've always considered one occasion with my ex to be rape. He got me to come to his house to discuss how we were going to handle our digs with the break up. He had to have been a little drunk before I got there because a few beers in he was hammered. I was totally sober. He ended up actually pinning me down while I screamed and cried and forcing sex (oral and anal).

I never pressed charges but I always felt I should have. Honestly regardless of what people say here I'm going to consider it rape, and he even said he knows that's what he did a few days later sober. It's been long enough I'm mostly over the trauma so I can discuss it without freaking out anymore.

I'm just honestly curious what people think of a drunk person being able to rape a sober one.
