public restrooms 💩👈😷

Hello ladies👋😕 lets talk about public restrooms. On multiple occasions I have entered a stall in a public restroom. To my unpleasant surprise I noticed a poo log resting quietly inside the toilet. To my even more unpleasant surprise I noticed there was not a single trace of toilet paper in the toilet. Are there some of you out there who don't wipe the excess poop off of yourselves? Otherwise how is it possible for there to be not a single trace of toilet paper? Again this has happened on multiple occasions. Please give me a solution to this mystery I cannot seem to solve.
