Is it terrible if I..

Is it terrible that sometimes I want to get away from my family and just cut them off? I love them and I'm so grateful for everything but my mother is overbearing and controlling to the point where it's actually quite insane. I don't have a say and guilt tripping me into following her every word isn't okay. I know she wants the best for me but I can't ever speak to her about this because she'll tell me what a terrible mother she is and j don't want her to feel that. BUT I NEED SPACE.
