13 DPO BFN now 16DPO AF is 3 days late

Hello all! I'm now 16DPO and AF is 3 days late. I usually get sore boobs before AF but haven't had that this month but I also haven't had any pregnancy symptoms. Had a MC In feb so TTC since then I've been trying to work out if I feel the same symptoms as I did that time when I was pregnant - feel none of them now tho. I took a clear blue digital test 13DPO and got a BFN. I've been doing a bit more exercise this month than I had for a month so am thinking it could be that making AF late? How long do you think I should wait to take another test?
