HOW TO NOT SWELL UP

Yeah help I swell up everywhere if mah bf fingers me and stuff and sometimes I'll like bleed but it isn't really blood it's kind of brown/red discharge I guess you would call it but i can't talk to my mom about it and I've done a shit ton of research and I haven't found anything of substance really idk help pls pls pls
