So happy to have a great relationship

Ive been in my step daughter's life for 6 years now. She is amazing and we get along great. People have mistaken me for her mom and she would correct them before. Her dad and i took her out for her bday then went to eat after. I thought the waitress was calling me mam but my SO and his cousins gf laughed saying she was calling me mom. Daughter didnt say anything this time. She just looked at me grabbed my arm and leaned on me.
