Headaches?

Question

Is anyone else suffering from headaches?  I'll be 14 weeks on Friday and they started about two weeks ago.  I'm trying to drink a lot of water but it doesn't seem to help.  I really don't want to take Tylenol but some days they are so bad I can't concentrate at work.  Does anyone have any special remedies that are working for them?

I try smelling peppermint oil and occasionally rubbing it on my temples and neck. It helps a little bit

Thanks for everyone's responses!!  My headaches have calmed down a lot thankfully, but now I have some great remedies to try if/when they come back.

Peppermint oil rub it on your forehead and temples and smell it .. I do this when I feel a headache coming on and I just go to sleep ..

I had a bad headache at work and haven't had any coffee since I've been pregnant. I had about 1/4 a glass and it did the trick

I was also really suffering and tried Tylenol one day but it didn't help. My doc suggested putting heat on my head where it hurt (my headaches were in the back) and it worked! Been doing it almost every night for over a week!

My chiropractor and acupuncturist keep them in check nicely :)

I get them too. Tylonel can take the edge off but the chiropractor does wonders!

I'll be 12 weeks tomorrow an have had them for the last week. I take Tylenol but it doesn't really help.
